Sports Massage is suited to people who play sport and exercise regularly. It targets sporting injuries, incorporating stretching and joint loosening combined with deep tissue and remedial massage techniques. It is done before or after sport or exercise to prevent injuries from occurring and quicken recovery time.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE
Lymphatic Drainage massage is not only a relaxing and soothing treatment, but also helps to restore and maintain a healthy lymphatic system. A 60 minute session will cover one problematic area of the body such as legs or digestive area. It involves gentle strokes and sweeping motions towards the heart, pumping around the lymph nodes, and wave-like movements to shift/flush the lymph fluid.
Lymph fluid is only under a few layers of skin so this treatment should never be painful, which is perfect for patients who have had recent surgery, mild-extreme oedema or just fluid retention.
Lymphatic Drainage massage is also a great way to rid the body of toxins. It's recommended to get a minimum of 1 hour.

This Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) is a deep abdominal massage focusing on improving the digestive system, lymph and releasing tension in the organs. It is also known to have a positive emotional effect on the mind, bringing out any negative/trapped energy that may be stored due to stress, anxiety and trauma.
It can be beneficial for fertility as well as menstrual issues including menstrual pain.
